Duo Club volunteered at OGT to sort and box used clothing. Volunteers at OGT are welcome.

  
 

Grace Lutheran Duo Club met August 21, 2006, at 7:30 pm. Ron Hammer opened with devotion and prayer. The Wittigs introduced our speaker Nancy Endicott. She told of her second trip to the Holy Land for an archeological dig on the mountain near the Sea of Galilee.
Because of the bombing so close she had to return home early. She told of all her experiences to arrive home and everyone was so thankful for her safety.
Seven guests were present.
We will go for a work day at the Orphan Grain Train, August 31 at 10:00 am.
The Lutheran Hour Rally at Lutheran High School, Norfolk, is September 24th at 4:00 pm. with Pastor Ken Klaus.
The 8th Annual International Convention of the Orphan Grain Train will be September 29 & 30 at Lutheran High Northeast.
We closed with the Lord’s Prayer.
Lunch was served by Chuck Maier & Lanora Sorensen.
