GRACE LUTHERAN SUNDAY SCHOOL

We have had a busy spring with the garage sale, bowling party and starting a new mission project. Our new money for mission project has gone extremely well with great participation on the children’s part. They each received a m & m container and they return it full of coins each Sunday and we refill it with m & m’s. The 5/6th grade class won with the most money collected so they will be receiving a treat for their hard work. Now instead of classes against each other for the summer we will have a goal of $500.00 to reach by the end of summer. If we reach that goal, we will celebrate with a pop and donut party.
We are also in need of teachers for the summer and fall schedule. If anyone can help with 1 or more Sundays of teaching during the summer or to be on a rotation basis in the fall, please let Kara or Jana know.
Please also mark your calendars for Rally Day Sunday, September 7, 2008. We will have a new theme and some exciting things happening this fall.
