Complete this enrollment form to register your child for Sunday School and/or Midweek for the 2026-2027 school year!

Sunday School

Children ages three (potty-trained) through 8th grade are invited to attend weekly Sunday School from 9:15-10:15 am to learn and grow in their understanding of God’s Word.

Each Sunday School class will begin with a special opening in the Church basement. At 9:15 am, students will be instructed to sit at a table with their teacher for opening. Each month, we will learn a different hymn and memory verse, in addition to learning and praying the Lord’s Prayer and Luther’s Morning Prayer.

A parent or guardian is expected to remain present with his/her child(ren) until the children gather with their teachers for opening. Sunday School will conclude at 10:15 am each Sunday. For the safety of the children in our program, students 3rd grade and below are expected to be picked up by a parent or guardian at their Sunday School classroom.

Sunday School will begin Sunday, September 7th at 9:15 am in the Church basement. Worship services will take place at 8:00 am and 10:30 am that day as usual. Families are invited to a potluck in the Church basement following the 10:30 am service, where hamburgers and hot dogs will be grilled and served.

Midweek School

Children in 3rd through 6th grade are invited to participate in Midweek every Wednesday night from 6:30-7:30 pm. Midweek is a program designed to create mature, lifelong disciples. It is an opportunity for the children of our congregation to hear the Word of God during the school week. 

Midweek is not a substitute for the Divine Service, Sunday School, or Christian Education in the home. Midweek provides an opportunity to cover content beyond what is included in the Sunday School curriculum and at home. It helps prepare students for Confirmation with a curricular focus on biblical and catechism literacy.

A mandatory Midweek parent meeting will take place on Wednesday, September 3rd at 6:00 pm. If you are unable to attend this meeting, this information will also be presented after the 10:30 am service on Sunday, September 14th. If you are unable to attend both of these meetings, please let the Children’s Ministry Director, Callie Hammes know to schedule a time to meet and go over the information. Attending one of these meetings or scheduling a one-on-one meeting is required for students to participate in Midweek.

Youth Group

Students from 7th grade through 12th grade are invited to join the Grace Youth Group! This is a welcoming community where middle and high school students can grow in their faith, build friendships, and dive into God’s Word together—beyond worship and Sunday School. The youth group gathers twice a month for Bible study at Cup of Grace and enjoys fun monthly events throughout the year. Contact the church office to be added to the Youth Group communication list!
